HVAC Installer
Job Summary
Join our friendly family owned and operated HVAC business where our employees matter. Our HVAC Installer position is responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This role ensures systems are installed safely, efficiently, and according to building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Measure and cut piping, tubing, and ductwork
- Connect electrical wiring and control systems safely
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
- Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Communicate with customers about installation processes and system operation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite
- Work with team members and report progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC training, trade school, or apprenticeship preferred
- Basic knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Work Environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
